CNC profile, finish to Pantone, photograph every face before it ships to you.

Proforma with tiered FOB, packing data, CBM and per-container count. 30% T/T starts production.
2 days04Mass production
Panel saw → moulder → CNC → assembly → drying line → spray booth, with moisture logs per batch.
30–45 days05Inspection
AQL 2.5 in-house report, or you appoint SGS/BV. Photographs and measurements before closing.

Load plan, IPPC-marked pallets, packing list to your SKU codes, BL, CO/Form E where applicable.

Two sliding-table saws and a cross-cut optimiser run the first operation on every job, with offcut reuse mapped into the price.

Garden centres, councils and schools buy them every spring. Almost no factory publishes a filling specification. So we do, and the SERP is ours for the taking. MOQ 300 and an unusual margin per shipped kilo.
Thermally modified garden timber
Buyers hunting an Accoya alternative without the price. 212 °C modified pine, EN 335 class 3, chemical-free claim for EU and UK retail. Pre-drilled fixings included because the material is brittle. We tell you that upfront.
ISPM-15 crating & retail display
Not glamorous, but it keeps industrial importers and forwarders on a repeat annual programme from the same panel saw. Quoted per m³, with kiln records and a load-rated drawing.

Questions buyers ask
The answers below are the ones we give on the phone. Anything missing, ask on WhatsApp.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Factory. Panel saws, a moulder line with 31 profiles, two CNC routers, an assembly floor, two kiln chambers and a spray booth sit in our own building, and about 500 other wood processors work within a 30 km radius of the yard — which is how we source four species and every fitting without a broker in the middle. You are welcome to video-call the floor or arrive unannounced.
What is your real MOQ?
500 pcs per design for most goods, but a design can carry mixed sizes, and mixed containers are standard. Small structured items run lower: 50 kits for sheds and pergolas, 100 pcs for pet houses, 200 pcs for raised beds, 50 pcs for custom crates. Below that we work from stocked blanks with your engraving, 50 to 100 pcs, 12–18 days.
Can you quote a landed cost, not just FOB?
We quote FOB as standard and can quote CIF or DDP on request. For the US we will also show you the duty and Section 301 or 232 exposure per HTS line with a written caveat that your broker has the final word, because the rate stack changed several times in 2025–2026 and anyone quoting you a fixed duty today without a date stamp is guessing.
How do we start without risking a container?
Three-step route: (1) sample against your drawing or mailed physical sample, 5–7 days, freight collect; (2) trial order at 100–300 pcs with no custom tooling; (3) first container with a 30-day price hold on timber. Most of our current accounts started exactly that way, and we will show you the unit-cost curve before step 3.
