What this site collects, in one sentence
The RFQ form sends your name, email, company, country, category, quantity and message to our mail handler, and an optional file attachment up to 20 MB. That data goes to our export team's mailbox and is used to answer your enquiry. It is not sold, rented or shared with advertisers. We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the commercial relationship lasts, and for three years afterwards for contract and customs-record purposes.
Cookies and local storage
- This site sets no tracking cookies. There is no Google Ads, Meta pixel or TikTok pixel installed.
- Your browser may store a small preference (whether the WhatsApp panel has been dismissed) locally; it never leaves your device.
- We load two font files from Google Fonts, which can log an IP address at Google's end. If you need a fully self-hosted typeface for GDPR purity, ask and we will serve local fonts.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled at any point, they run in privacy-friendly, IP-anonymised mode on our own infrastructure, and this page will be updated to say so. Until then: none.
Your rights and how to reach us
Write to jeffrey@holtmill.com and we will provide, correct or delete the enquiry data we hold about you. If you are in the EU or UK, GDPR applies to your enquiry and the same address is your contact point; we are not a large-scale data processor and you will not need a DPO conversation with us.
