A raised bed is a water-trap. We engineer around that: drainage gap at the base rail, liner that does not seal the wood, corner brackets that carry the soil load instead of the screws, and a board thickness that survives a winter of frozen compost pushing outward.

Landed-cost example: a 40'HQ of this category typically lands 18–34% above FOB once freight, duty and port handling are included. We build the packing list to maximise cube. Ask for the CBM per 40'HQ sheet.
The answers below are the ones we give on the phone. Anything missing, ask on WhatsApp.
Yes if it is designed as a parcel, not a de-palletised retail unit. We pack one bed per carton at 23 kg max, with 40 mm foam at board ends and a rigid cardboard sleeve for the corner brackets, and we drop-test to ISTA 3A before you approve the design. Damage claims on this line have run below 0.8 % across 24 shipments.
ACQ is accepted for vegetable beds in most markets provided there is a liner barrier between soil and timber; we recommend our food-safe PEVA liner for herb and root-vegetable lines and quote an alternative, untreated larch or thermally modified pine. At 8–15 % more. We will not print an organic-input claim on your behalf; certification bodies disagree on treated timber and it must be your call.
Yes. Charring is done in-house on pine and spruce boards, brushed and oiled, class 3 durability without chemical treatment. Ribbed/fluted facings are machined on our moulder. Both are popular for hotel and restaurant patios and let you retail a plain box at a design-object price.
Start at 100 pcs of one size in two finishes. A 200-piece trial is our usual entry order, and we will hold a 30-day price on the timber. Second orders at 500 pcs per size drop FOB roughly 9–14 %; we will show you the unit-cost curve before you commit.
Pine, poplar, paulownia, MDF and acacia profiles; primer, paint, foil, wax or distressed finish; glass, acrylic, backing, hanging hardware and barcode retail packing.
Picket, lap-board, arched trellis, lattice, reeded privacy screen, lawn edging, fence posts and caps, hit-and-miss, no-dig pet fence, sawn, treated and packed in one place.
Storage sheds, apex/lean-to, playhouses, she-sheds, arch arbours, freestanding pergolas, gazebos, cold frames, walk-in greenhouses, insulated garden-office panels.
