We extrude and mould loose frame profiles from 15 mm to 90 mm face, 2400 or 3000 mm lengths, quoted per metre. MOQ 2,000 m per profile, raw, primed or finished, FSC Mix available, and we ship cut-to-length kits too.

Loose moulding is sold on consistency: buyers cut it on their own saws and blame the timber for their own jig errors. We therefore certificate each bundle with lot, moisture reading and grade, and shrink-wrap with desiccant so a container crossing the Pacific arrives at the same moisture it left at.

Solid-wood profiled moulding is HS 4409 rather than 4414, which changes both duty and, in the US, TSCA scope. Read the HS code table before you quote your customer. A mis-set code is the most common and most expensive error in this category.

Can you ship cut kits instead of long lengths?
Yes: four mitred pieces per frame, corner keys and points in a polybag, one carton per size. Cut kits cost roughly 6–9 % more per linear metre than 3 m stock lengths but eliminate saw waste and let a small shop sell frames without a mitre saw.
What is the shortest lead time for a custom profile?
New steel-knife profile: 7–10 days for tooling, then first production in 12–15 days. If you accept an existing shape with your own finish, we are quoting in 24 hours and shipping in 20–25 days.
Minimum order looks high — can I start smaller?
500 m per profile is our absolute floor for a single colour, and we will combine two profiles in one 20'GP if you take 2,000 m total. Several long-term customers started with a 2,000 m trial and now run a monthly 40'HQ.
Do you provide FSC-claimed moulding?
FSC Mix Credit is available on pine and fir from the cluster pool with the claim printed on the bundle label; FSC 100 % needs dedicated timber, +4–7 %. We will not print a claim the certificate chain does not support.
