Prices, quotations and validity
We do not publish list prices. Every quotation is built from your drawing, species, finish, packing and order quantity, and only a written quotation against a signed specification is binding.
- Timber prices are held 30 days from quotation; freight 7 days; FX on the proforma date.
- Tooling charges, sample fees and courier costs are quoted separately and credited per the schedule on samples & tooling.
- Volume tiers assume the stated specification is unchanged; a thickness or packing change resets the tier.
Compliance statements
Regulatory statements on this site describe our understanding of published rules as at October 2026 and are not legal advice. Final classification, duty and admissibility are determined by your customs broker or authority.
- We state the HS/HTS line we intend to ship under and provide supporting data. Classification remains your declaration.
- TSCA Title VI, EUDR, CPR/CE, Prop 65 and packaging-EPR guidance here is summary information. Your notified body, compliance scheme and counsel own the filings.
- Certification numbers, when published, are ours and are auditable; we do not display marks we do not hold.
Orders, IP and non-disclosure
A purchase order is accepted when we countersign the proforma. Customer artwork, drawings and bespoke profiles remain the customer's property; where tooling is customer-funded we will sign a written market exclusivity for the shape. We do not list customer designs or photographs publicly without permission, and we sign NDAs before you send concepts.
Warranty and remedies
- Contractual warranty: 5 years against rot in treated structural members when the supplied maintenance schedule is followed, backed by per-charge retention certificates.
- We do not warranty natural movement, end-checking, colour change from UV, or finish failure caused by a buyer's own coating over our primer.
- Defect remedies, in order: rework, replacement, credit. Where you can reasonably accept goods with a minor defect, we will discount by agreement.
- Total liability under any order is capped at the value of that order, and does not extend to consequential losses such as lost retail margin — this is the normal position in our trade, and it is better said before an order than after one.
Site content and images
Photographs on this site show production we have made and are used for specification purposes; grain, colour and finish vary between batches and between species. Text, drawings and spec sheets are ours to share with you and yours to keep confidential where the design is yours. Market statistics quoted are attributed to their public sources at the point of use.
