ISPM-15 Heat Treated Export Crate
Custom ISPM-15 IPPC-marked crates, load-rated batten schedule, foam interior from your CAD — quoted per m³.
Two things a shipment needs and no marketplace listing gives you: a crate that passes customs inspection, and a display unit that survives a store's floor space. Both are woodworking, and both keep you on the phone with a buyer every year.
Custom ISPM-15 IPPC-marked crates, load-rated batten schedule, foam interior from your CAD — quoted per m³.
Crates are quoted per cubic metre with a material and thickness schedule; display units per piece with finish and hardware.

A crate is a structural item with a regulatory stamp. We start from the load path, total weight, centre of gravity, stacking class, whether it is forked or hand-carried, then choose batten pitch and ply grade, and only then send you the drawing for approval.

Landed-cost example: a 40'HQ of this category typically lands 18–34% above FOB once freight, duty and port handling are included. We build the packing list to maximise cube. Ask for the CBM per 40'HQ sheet.
The answers below are the ones we give on the phone. Anything missing, ask on WhatsApp.
Yes, stencil the IPPC mark plus your logo, PO number, asset tag, handling icons and destination, and add aluminium number plates on reusable cases. The IPPC mark itself must follow the standard format and cannot be altered; everything else is your branding.
Yes. MOQ 50 pcs keeps the tooling honest, but for one-off instrument cases we build 5–10 pcs at a small-batch rate. We also keep your drawing on file, so a reorder takes 10 days instead of 25.
We print, die-cut and apply CMYK graphics, provide the assembly card and pack to your store plan, one carton per store. Send the rollout list and we will quote by store cluster so your field team does not sort components on site.
Treatment certificate with lot number, kiln temperature curve, marking photograph, packing list and a declaration referencing the ISPM-15 stamp applied. We keep these on file for two years for audit.
Pine, poplar, paulownia, MDF and acacia profiles; primer, paint, foil, wax or distressed finish; glass, acrylic, backing, hanging hardware and barcode retail packing.
Picket, lap-board, arched trellis, lattice, reeded privacy screen, lawn edging, fence posts and caps, hit-and-miss, no-dig pet fence, sawn, treated and packed in one place.
Single and double-depth raised beds, keyhole and tiered beds, trough planters, window boxes with bracket, potting benches, vertical plant walls, half-barrel style, and hotel/restaurant patio planters.
Tell us target retail or landed cost and we reverse-engineer the build: species, thickness, finish, packing.
