We hold eight gift-box formats, four lid types, six frame profiles and three bed sizes as blanks, so an unbranded order can ship in 12–18 days. Custom shapes always need a spec and a signed sample.

Yes, at Level 4 (ODM): CAD, structural design, packaging design and a compliance file. We will decline work outside our engineering competence — a long unsupported span, a load-bearing claim we cannot grade, and say why.

You do, in your market, on paper. We sign a written exclusivity for the shape and store the drawing under your job number. NDA before you send concepts, and we normally sign ours first.

We sort and rework at our cost when the defect is ours, then re-present. Where you can reasonably accept the goods, we discount by agreement instead. A defect classification agreed in your PO makes this a calculation, not an argument.

We supply FSC Mix Credit and PEFC claims on SKUs inside the certified pool, with the claim on the invoice line and the certificate reference. FSC 100 % needs dedicated timber at +4–7 %. We will never print a claim a certificate does not cover, check our species page.

Those containing hardwood plywood, particleboard or MDF, an MDF-backed frame, a cat tree with MDF shelves, a ply crate. Solid pine, poplar, acacia and laminated bamboo boards are out of scope. We state it per SKU in writing.
