Pet houses are returned for odour and wobble, so we control both: boards are conditioned and warm-baked after coating, water-based acrylic only, and the wall-to-floor joint is a cam-lock plus dowel rather than a corner brace that a 40 kg dog leaning on will loosen. We also test a 5 kg weighted drop from 1 m inside the house before the design is signed off.

Is an insulated house worth the extra cost?
Where winters exist, yes: retail is roughly double the single-wall price for about 45 % more cost to us. XPS in the walls plus a raised floor is the sweet spot; we avoid reflective foil, which traps condensation against timber and accelerates rot.
Can the interior be cleaned without taking it apart?
Yes, hinged or lift-off roof, sanded and sealed floor with a drain plug option, and a hose-friendly liner. Breeders and veterinary buyers order exactly this configuration and it is the reason they reorder annually.
Do you make sizes to a specific breed chart?
We build to your breed chart: three sizes covering 8–15, 15–30 and 30–45 kg is the usual programme, and we will put the size guide in the carton in your language with a 'how to measure your dog' card. Custom internal dims cost nothing extra above 100 pcs because the jig is parametric.
Can you print our logo without a huge MOQ?
Yes — a laser-engraved name plate or a sticker-free stencil paint mark from 100 pcs, and printed carton from 500 pcs. Branding is charged per piece rather than as tooling, so a small brand can look like a big one.
