Can you run 300 different names on one order?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet (name, size, variant, quantity), we lock one approved artwork proof, engrave to a pick-list, and pack with a 1:1 name-matched outer label. Above 200 units per campaign we can also drop-ship direct to your end customer with a plain outer carton.
Paulownia or MDF for a lined box?
Paulownia when the box should feel natural, light and cheap to fly; MDF + veneer when you need a flat, dead-smooth face for colour print or high-gloss lacquer. At the cost of TSCA certification and weight. Birch ply is the middle route for laser-cut decorative boxes.
What is the order window for Christmas gifting?
Approve artwork by end of May, PO by 30 June for ocean, production July–September, sail October–November for a mid-November DC. Late? Air, at the per-kilo rate we quote, 15–20 days door to door — a 500-box run is around 60 kg.
Do you stock blanks so a reorder is fast?
Yes. We hold 8 blank formats and all four lid types in the warehouse, so a reorder with a new logo is 12–18 days instead of 25–30. That is what makes a monthly subscription-gift programme workable.
