A crate is a structure with a regulatory stamp attached. We size the battens from your mass and stacking class, put fasteners on a schedule (not 'some nails'), and design for how it will actually be handled — forked, crane-lifted or hand-carried changes the base detail completely. Where a shipment will move through Australia or NZ we build bark-free, with a documented heat treatment, because a rejected container at Melbourne costs more than the crate margins.

ISPM-15 is the requirement everyone knows; the AD/CVD exposure on hardwood decorative plywood into the US is the one that surprises people. We substitute softwood or birch-core ply where exposure exists and say so on the quotation. Details in the US import guide.

Can you mark the crates with our name and asset numbers?
Yes, stencil your logo, PO, asset number, handling icons and destination alongside the IPPC mark, and add aluminium plates on reusable cases. The IPPC mark itself follows the standard format and cannot be modified; everything next to it is yours.
We only need five crates. Will you build them?
Yes, at a small-batch rate; MOQ 50 pcs applies to production runs. We keep your drawing on file, so reorders come back in 10 days instead of 25, most industrial buyers set up an annual programme after the first job.
Do you engineer to a stacking class?
We do: tell us the mass, the centre of gravity, whether it is forked or hand-carried, and how many high you stack in the container and in the DC. We return a drawing with batten pitch, fastener schedule and declared stacking load before you approve production.
What paperwork arrives with an ISPM-15 shipment?
Treatment certificate with lot number, kiln temperature curve, marking photograph, packing list mapped to your SKU codes, and a declaration referencing the stamp applied. Records kept for two years for audit or re-export.
