What happens next

Your RFQ, triaged the same day

1. We read it and reply within 2 working hours with either a quotation or the two questions that block one. 2. If machining is involved we send a spec sheet first, never a price first, an early price without a spec is how suppliers create arguments later. 3. If your target is not achievable at our standard, we say what would have to change.

Sending a physical sample?

Address it to Jeffrey Gu / Export Dept, then the factory address above. Include a sheet with your email and what you want matched. We return a sample of our build plus a material determination within 10–14 days.

Before you write

The six details that make a first quote accurate

Size and tolerance

Overall dimensions plus what must be held, e.g. 500 × 700 mm, ±1 mm, or 'as long as it looks right'.

Material or a guess

Species if you know it; if not, say indoor or outdoor and whether it carries weight.

Quantity and cadence

First order and expected reorder volume. The tier that applies changes the FOB more than the timber does.

Market and channel

Retail shelf, online parcel, trade counter? This decides packing, certificates and label rules.

A shelf or event date

Working backwards from a date is the single most useful thing you can tell us.

A target number

A target FOB or a target retail price lets us engineer to the number rather than guess at it.

Missing some of these is fine — send what you have and we will ask for the rest in one email, not five.
